Full Job Description UHC is seeking an energetic, relationship\-driven **Community Outreach \& Referral Specialist** to increase awareness of our behavioral health and community\-based services for **children, youth, and families** throughout Central and Southwest Ohio. This position is responsible for developing referral relationships, engaging families and community partners, conducting community outreach, and helping connect children and youth with appropriate behavioral health and support services. The ideal candidate understands the importance of early behavioral health intervention and is comfortable building relationships with **schools, hospitals, behavioral health providers, pediatricians, social service agencies, county organizations, community organizations, families, and other professionals serving children and youth.** This is a highly community\-facing position with a strong emphasis on **outreach, referral development, family engagement, marketing, and program growth**.
