**Area Construction Manager Expectations and Commitments:** : To lead the Construction Organization, by working through others, to ensure the Division achieves/exceeds its Business Plan commitments specific to closings, cycle times, VPO spend and Avid survey results, while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire Customer Journey. The ACM is responsible for ‘A\+’ community presentation, all homes in production, including the model, and overall jobsite cleanliness while ensuring all trade partners are abiding to Hakes Brothers Safety and Health Program. Additionally, ensuring daily reporting, auditing and usage of ITK by the construction organization. Duties include: * Culture of Teamwork and Extreme Ownership. * Develop a culture of Teamwork and Extreme Ownership within the Construction department. * Set an example of enthusiasm, hard work, honesty and accountability. * Achieve the highest level of quality for each home that is under construction, especially at the NHO state. * Identify and follow up with Construction Managers to ensure errors are corrected and action plans are put in place to avoid the same errors on future homes. * Ensure that all houses are ...
