**Job Mission:** Job Mission: The Assistant General Manager position will assist the General Manager and COO in all day\-to\-day dispensary activities. In coordination with the leadership team, the Assistant General Manager is an integral part of the management of the dispensary staff. The employee in this role is responsible for individual and team results, and must be an experienced people manager with the ability to multitask, communicate effectively with others, and assist the leadership team in motivating and inspiring the budtenders to provide exceptional customer service to dispensary customers within a dynamic and fast paced retail environment. This is a salary exempt full time position.
