**Overview of Job Function:** The Manager, Operations will be responsible for the overall Supply Chain Management including interfacing with business functions, procurement, sales, support, quality management and new product engineering. The role will manage day\-to\-day operations including forecasting material planning, warehousing, inventory management, distribution, customer services, and support. The role will manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and third\-party service providers to the operations group. The manager also will oversee the entire order cycle and ensure sustainable operations and customer satisfaction.
