About this Job: **General Summary of Position** Responsible for the development management and operational oversight of the MedStar Orthopedic Office Radiology services throughout MedStar Health. Responsible for all daily operations including staffing regulatory requirements and quality services to aid the orthopedic physicians and their patients in their diagnostic imaging needs. Supports all initiatives for the MSH Orthopedic Service Line that impact Imaging operations in the offices. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** * Develops department goals objectives policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with business unit policies and procedures and governmental accreditation regulations and safety standards. Maintains operating manuals for Orthopedic Radiology sites and is the resource person for any radiology related technical support required at the site level. * Oversees and manages all Imaging aspects of the daily technical and patient care activities for the Orthopadic offices offering Radiology services. * Requires travel on a routine basis to all the MedStar Orthopedic Offices under the purview of this role.
