Our Finance team is currently seeking an Accounting Operations Supervisor in our Worcester, MA location. Position is eligible for a Hybrid/Flex work arrangement. This is a full\-time, exempt role. **POSITION OVERVIEW:** We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead a team responsible for key operational accounting activities supporting premium, loss, commission, cash, receivable, and collection processes. As Supervisor, Accounting Operations, you will support and oversee the accurate and timely completion of certain accounting activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis, applicable Sarbanes\-Oxley controls, legal collection trends, and certain applicable tax reporting activities.
