**Role Summary:** Lead engineering execution and technical direction for DDN EXAScaler data services spanning S3 object access, NAS services, and managed Lustre offerings in public cloud environments. The role blends storage systems leadership, cloud service delivery, product quality, operational excellence, and customer escalation ownership for business\-critical enterprise and AI/HPC deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** **Engineering Leadership** * Lead geographically distributed engineering and quality teams across the US, India, and other locations as needed. * Own delivery planning, execution discipline, engineering metrics, and predictable release outcomes. * Coach senior engineers and technical leads; support hiring, onboarding, performance development, and succession planning. * Establish a high\-ownership culture focused on technical depth, accountability, quality, and customer impact. **Technical \& Product Execution** * Drive architecture and execution for S3DS, NSDS, and managed Lustre service capabilities within the EXAScaler portfolio. * Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into engineering plans, acceptance criteria, and measurable delive...
