**Position: Regional Executive Director – South** **Classification: Salary, Exempt** **Reports to: CEO** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Summary/Objective:** The Regional Executive Director – South will run the day\-to\-day operations of the Florida and Southern Divisions for the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA). This position is responsible for all administrative tasks associated with the Divisions. The Regional ED (Executive Director) will work alongside the volunteer President and Division Board of Directors. The Regional ED will serve as a liaison to the RSPA network on a national, divisional, and regional level and to the divisional committees. This position will be full\-time, requiring 40 hours per week, with approximately 2–4 traveling weekends per year. The Regional ED will be required to participate in divisional board meetings, conference calls, the April Executive Committee meeting, divisional conventions, workshops, one\-day events, the World Conference in September, and other RSPA meetings and events as needed.
