**About the Role** The Lead Software Engineer is a senior technical contributor and customer\-facing engineering leader responsible for the architecture, design, development, delivery, and support of embedded firmware and system software for custom hardware platforms. This working lead position combines hands\-on coding, debugging, testing, and hardware bring\-up with technical leadership and direct customer engagement.
