Make a difference. As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin. In this role you will: * Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement * Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy * Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives * Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location * Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.
