**Salary:** $88,000 \- $91,000 / annually *\*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.* **Position Overview:** The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for being directly involved in all aspects Loss Prevention program and the management of assigned LP personnel. The overall goal of the Loss Prevention Manager is to improve loss ratio and reduce or prevent any loss related to fraud, theft and operational inaccuracies. The LPM must also work directly with area management that oversees Store Operations, HR and Store Personnel. **Minimum 3\-5 years of Retail Loss Prevention Management experience in this role is required.** *This role will oversee several store locations in the NJ/NY area (Jersey Gardens Mall, Menlo Park Mall, Newport Centre Mall and Staten Island).
