**Role:** Registered Nurse **Location:** LOH Main – Naperville **Type:** Part\-time, 20 hours/week **Key Responsibilities:** * Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes. * Welcome patients, ensure safety, and supervise direct care staff. * Coordinate with departments for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring thorough handoffs. * Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address physical, psychosocial, and educational needs, including discharge planning. * Participate in departmental goal setting, quality improvement, and staff orientation. * Attend training, serve as a resource for staff and students, and promote community engagement. * Supervise patient care and work within budget constraints related to staffing and supplies. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Nursing degree with current Illinois RN license and CPR certification. * Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively. * Certification in CPI within 90 days of hire. **Additional Information:** Offers competitive pa...
