We welcome clinicians who enjoy helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain and return to meaningful daily activities. **Responsibilities** * Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. * Provide evidence\-based treatment, including therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy and patient education. * Establish measurable goals and monitor patient progress. * Complete accurate, timely evaluations, treatment notes and discharge summaries. * Collaborate with physical therapist assistants and other healthcare providers. * Promote patient safety, independence and long\-term wellness. **Qualifications** * Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. * Current Virginia Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting. * Strong clinical reasoning, communication and documentation skills. * Commitment to compassionate, patient\-centered care. * Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. ...
