**DESCRIPTION** --------------- Build sponsored conversational shopping experiences powered by large language models — customer\-facing functionality that reaches hundreds of millions of Amazon shoppers worldwide. You'll design and deliver large\-scale, low\-latency distributed systems and ML infrastructure that shape how businesses connect with customers through conversational AI in advertising. The Conversational Ad Experiences (CAX) team within Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) focuses on LLM\-powered sponsored shopping experiences that help merchants, retail vendors, and brand owners grow incremental sales through native product advertising. The team is working on multiple industry\-first projects — ambiguous, challenging, and high\-impact. You'll partner with the science team to bring LLM models into production and contribute to LLMOps, and build the data processing pipelines that power it all. These are greenfield problems where you'll help shape the technical approach as the product grows.
