**DME Operations Manager – CPAP/BiPAP \& Respiratory** **Location:** Sacramento, CA **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Reports To:** CEO / VP **Compensation:** \[$80–$120K] annually, based on experience \+ Health, Vision, dental etc. **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **DME Operations Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our Durable Medical Equipment business, with a strong focus on **sleep apnea therapy, supplies, and respiratory equipment**. The ideal candidate will have DME/HME industry experience, strong knowledge of PAP therapy, insurance and authorization processes, DMEPOS requirements, patient service, and team leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily DME and sleep therapy operations for 6 offices in Bay Area.
