Hotel Accounting Manager Sela Ryerson Management LLC is seeking a hands\-on **Hotel Accounting Manager** to oversee daily accounting for hotel operations and related entities. This role is ideal for an organized accounting professional who takes ownership, investigates discrepancies, and keeps financial records accurate and current. You will report to ownership and work closely with an outside accounting consultant who provides guidance, training, month\-end oversight, and review. Responsibilities * Maintain the general ledger and accounting records in **M3 Accounting Core**. * Review daily **Stayntouch** revenue, taxes, payments, refunds, adjustments, deposits, and receivables, ensuring revenue postings agree with the completed night audit. * Reconcile **Shift4** transactions, settlements, processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, and bank deposits. * Reconcile OTA activity, including commissions, virtual cards, merchant\-collect and hotel\-collect reservations, deductions, and remittances. * Process and code vendor invoices, maintain supporting documentation, and prepare weekly payment recommendations for management approval. * Coordinate payroll activity and reconcile payroll repor...
