The Iowa Veterans Home is seeking an excited, motivated RN interested in growing their leadership skills while leading a team of Nursing staff on the evening shift. This Nursing Supervisor has shift specific accountability for nursing personnel on the evening shift in the management of healthcare delivery in the Dack building. Makes frequent rounds in the assigned coverage area providing support, assisting in problem solving, and monitoring clinical competencies. Assists with clinical coverage when needed. Works with evening shift peers to ensure leadership coverage Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend and holiday rotation. Has the option of working four 10 hour shifts each week.
