Description

The Statewide Housing Resource Specialist (HRS) works within the Family Informed Resource Support Team (FIRST) in the Office of Case Management. The HRS assists families in addressing housing\-related challenges and requires knowledge of Delaware housing assistance programs and supports in DE. FIRST uses a family and youth engagement model to develop solutions that build on family strengths and address individual needs. FIRST works to identify community\-based services through outreach and partnership development with local providers and travels throughout Delaware as needed to support staff and families in all Delaware Counties.
