Description: *Salary: $70,000 to $75,000* *Location: Bessemer City, NC* **Job Summary** --------------- Pacor is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to support the daily operations of our Bessemer City manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for supervising production employees, coordinating daily production activities, maintaining a safe workplace, and ensuring products are manufactured and shipped on time while meeting quality standards.
