**Job Overview** Project Manager II (Residential and Light Commercial work) In\-office, Westlake Village, CA Hours: Full\-time, Monday\-Friday 7:30am\-4:30pm, with flexibility for personal, team needs, or special projects. **Duties** * Maintain expanded knowledge of residential finish carpentry material and installation techniques beyond windows and doors, including ceilings, wall paneling or wainscotting, waterproofing, and drywall and the effects of all throughout the course of a project. * Determine and define a residential or commercial project's scope and objectives through a client provided set of archetectural plans, scope of work, or take\-off. * Conduct phone or video calls and in\-store meetings with clientele, team members, and management. * Prioritize client requirements and manage resources to effectively meet client expectations. * Correspond with management, team members, and clientele on the status of tasks and workflows. * Work with clientele, vendors, and the company Office Manager to submit, monitor, and invoice purchase orders, payables, and receivables. * Monitor workflow requirements to meet client timelines and quality expectations, realizing any inter\-proje...
