**Position Summary** The Facilities \& Project Manager is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, organized, and functional company facilities while coordinating office relocations, renovations, warehouse build\-outs, and other corporate projects. This position oversees routine maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, workplace safety, project timelines, budgets, and facility readiness across assigned company locations. The role requires a hands\-on, organized, and proactive professional who can manage daily facilities needs while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with approved plans, budgets, and company standards.
