**The Regional Customer Service Manager / Administrative Supervisor** coordinates the regional administrative function including the enforcement of policies, training and cross\-training regional administrative/office personnel and the administering of monthly reports. This position reports to the Regional Vice President Distribution. * Implements and supports management information system (MIS) for warehouse and office operating systems. (ADMIN) * Distribute procedures and ensures proper training for appropriate personnel after initial customer account procedures have been identified. * Ensure cross\-training of administrative personnel on monthly reports. * Ensures that accurate physical inventories and reconciliations are completed on a timely manner. * Maintains important legal and customer documents including building lease and customer files at the regional level. * Develops and coordinates special events within the region. * Reviews regional aged accounts receivables. * Initiates sales calls at discretion of Regional Vice President on administrative concerns with accounts. * Coordinates with Safety Department on the reporting of theft and injuries. * Produces reports includi...
