Description

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of Production and Facilities Engineers responsible for maximizing the value of Magnolia’s operated assets through safe, reliable, and cost\-effective production and facility operations. This role is responsible for providing leadership, project oversight, and strategic direction for production optimization, facility development, capital projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
