Position Summary Zocalo Restaurant Group is a high\-growth, independent restaurant chain operating high\-volume fast\-casual locations generating $20M in annual revenue. We are seeking an experienced, operationally focused Corporate Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and cash management functions.The ideal candidate understands unit\-level restaurant economics—including prime cost management (food, beverage, and labor)—and possesses strong systems skills to integrate Point of Sale (POS), inventory, and general ledger platforms.
