LOCATION MAY VARY This position is responsible for overall management and contractual direction of federal construction projects. Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle including preconstruction, procurement, execution, closeout, and warranty, ensuring compliance with contract documents, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), agency\-specific requirements (USACE, NAVFAC, VA, GSA, etc.), quality control standards, safety regulations, schedule, and execution within the approved project budget. **Essential Duties/Responsibilities:** * Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for the projects assigned to ensure objectives are accomplished safely within prescribed funding and scheduling parameters. * Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DFARS (if applicable), agency supplements, and contract clauses. * Develop and manage project schedules in accordance with contract requirements (CPM scheduling, cost\-loaded schedules when required). * Oversee preparation and maintenance of Quality Control Plan in accordance with contract requirements (e.g., USACE/NAVFAC Three\-Phase Control System). * Monitor and control project(s) budget and schedule. * ...
