Avid Core is seeking a Vice President of Business Development and Growth to lead the firm's federal growth strategy and convert market insight, partnerships, and disciplined capture into sustainable revenue. This executive will own the business development pipeline, lead priority pursuits, expand relationships across federal agencies and industry, and build the systems and team needed to support Avid Core's next stage of growth. The Vice President will serve as a hands\-on growth leader in a small\-business environment. The role combines strategy, relationship development, capture leadership, proposal oversight, and team management.
