Seeking a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5\+ years of design experience. Responsibilities * Lead Project Lifecycle: Oversee building design and redesign projects from initial concept through completion. * Structural Design: Perform detailed engineering for structural steel framing, bearing walls, roof trusses, pre\-cast concrete, and wood framing. * Diverse Portfolio: Manage structural requirements for commercial, retail, and industrial facilities, including both new construction and complex additions. * Repair and Modification: Evaluate and design solutions for structural steel and wood repairs or modifications. * Design / Drafting and Modeling: Utilize AutoCAD (and Revit where applicable) to develop precise Plan sections and elevations.
