**Registered Nurse (RN) Labor \& Delivery****Location:** Grants, NM **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 2,100 To $ 2,374 Per week** **Schedule:** Night Shift **Experience:** Minimum 1 Year Required **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse (RN) Labor \& Delivery / LDRP** for a 13\-week contract in Grants, New Mexico. The RN will provide comprehensive perinatal nursing care across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care while supporting patients and families throughout the childbirth experience. The position requires strong maternal\-newborn assessment skills, fetal monitoring expertise, labor support, newborn assessment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members. **Responsibilities** * Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing plans of care throughout the perinatal period. * Provide direct nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. * Monitor maternal and fetal status, provide labor support, and respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition. * Educate patients and families while c...
