Description

This position is for our Village Apartments of Scottsburg I and II properties. The weekly schedule will be divided between the two properties. This position will be on\-call. Maintenance duties will be divided into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly categories. **Daily:** * Walk grounds picking up trash and litter, making sure all traffic areas are free of any hazards. * Check dumpster areas for overflowing trash, clean and sweep areas. * Check common areas for trash and empty any trash containers on site. * Public restrooms should be checked and any toiletry supplies refilled * Check laundry rooms * Check for any new work orders in the maintenance box or with the site management. **Weekly:** * Clean dumpster area. * Clean common areas, hallways, restrooms, laundry room. * Blow off or sweep parking lots * Make sure all weeds are pulled and sprayed with weed killer. * Check all landscaping to see if trimming is needed. * Check all vacant units, do necessary steps to get rent ready. * Check site lighting after dark to make sure everything is working properly. * Complete work orders. **Monthly:** * Deep clean laundry room. * Wash common area windows as needed. * Clean out all light ...
