Duties: Clayton Improvement Association, Ltd dba North Jefferson Improvement Association, seeks a Full\-Time Property Manager to join its organization. The Clayton Improvement Association is a not\-for\-profit rural preservation and management company that assist low\- and moderate\-income families and seniors to secure suitable housing in northern Jefferson County. The Clayton Improvement Association, Ltd currently manages over 170 affordable housing units and several commerical units. We currently seek a Full\-time Property Manager to be responsible for the day\-to\-day management and operations of multiple properties throughout northern Jefferson County. The main office is in Clayton, NY. Local travel is required. Duties include site operations, tenant relations, leasing apartments, overseeing on\-site staff, purchasing, record\-keeping, and compliance with HUD, LIHTC and USDA RD regulation as well as Fair Housing regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property management along with excellent people, managerial, supervisory, organizational and computer skills.
