The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory control, receiving, and quality assurance operations within the distribution center to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient product flow. This role leads inventory and receiving teams, supports warehouse management system (WMS) coordination, and drives compliance, process improvement, and operational performance. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * Oversee receiving, inventory control, and quality assurance activities to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. * Supervise cycle counting programs, including over/short and specialty counts, to help resolve inventory discrepancies. * Ensure accurate configuration and maintenance of WMS for the distribution center. * Review and validate location setups, item master data, and system rules for compliance with O’Reilly standards. * Lead, coach, and develop team members, including training and performance management initiatives * Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. * Establish and support execution of departmental goals in alignment with leadership. * Maintain compliance with O’Reilly policies, procedures, and operationa...
