Assist with supervision of daily distribution center operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity, inventory, and service goals. Help lead, train, schedule, and develop team members across assigned distribution centers. Ensure compliance with O’Reilly policies, operational procedures, and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement and overall distribution center performance. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * Assist with supervising and coordinating daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
