Manages accounting processes for designated state agencies. Reviews workflow documents and financial transactions to determine compliance with statewide accounting policies, applicable statutes, and GAAP/GASB standards. Serves as primary point of contact and liaison for assigned agencies and internal and external stakeholders. Provides technical direction and recommends corrective action when discrepancies are identified. Reviews, validates, and provides technical direction on complex or nonstandard transactions.
