Production Warehouse Shift Manager – Job Description Definition: Responsible for the daily warehouse operations. May include some people management and reporting requirements. This may include some setting up of machinery and basic programming. **Overall Purpose of the Role:** Responsible for the operation in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical, and safety, while respecting the defined goals. Manage all aspects of the shift through collaborative working with the employees for delivering, and where possible, exceeding, the key performance indicators within the operation.
