**About the Role** ------------------ Oath is building AI that transforms the audit industry. We're looking for a senior accounting and audit professional to own the work where clients, audit judgment and AI meet: leading client engagements end to end, standing behind the verification and audit procedures that keep our work defensible, and setting the methodology that engineering and product build into our AI systems. This isn't a traditional senior or manager role. You won't spend your days reviewing a staff team's workpapers. You'll decide how AI should perform an audit procedure, define what "right" looks like, and prove it with evidence a reviewer, regulator or peer reviewer would accept. This is an early, senior hire at a startup. Expect wide scope, real ambiguity and direct influence over how the firm and the platform work.
