We recruit VP, C\-suite and board leaders for venture\-backed and growth\-stage medtech companies, and also deliver market mapping and compensation benchmarking. Founded in Nashville in 2026, the firm is expanding its team to support growing client demand. **The role** TMR Search is hiring a **Digital Content \& Social Media Lead** to shape and grow the firm's presence across LinkedIn, the website and new channels as they develop. The role works two days a week alongside the founder and owns the creative side of the firm's content, from concept and production through to publishing and performance.
