Exempt : No Type : Regular Full\-Time Department : Administration Location : 120 **OBJECTIVE:** The Accountant is responsible for a broad range of professional accounting functions. The position performs general accounting duties, supports month\-end and year\-end close processes, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and assists with financial reporting. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration plus a minimum of four (4\) years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience to equal eight (8\) years. * Experience using computerized accounting and enterprise financial management systems. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions. * Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, sorting, filterin...
