Practice Administrator Dental Associates of Delaware (DAD) is an independent, dentist\-owned dental group practice proudly serving our community since 1975\. We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and people\-focused Practice Administrator to provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple dental practices. This role is about more than overseeing day\-to\-day operations. You’ll work closely with Doctors, Office Managers, and DAD’s Practice Support Team to strengthen practice performance, develop leaders, improve processes, and ensure our offices consistently deliver an exceptional patient experience. You’ll serve as a trusted resource to our practice teams while helping turn organizational goals into meaningful results at the office level.
