Our goal is to ensure full compliance with NYC DOB Chapter 33 and all applicable site safety regulations. **Position Overview** We’re seeking a qualified **NYC DOB–licensed Site Safety Coordinator (SSC)** to oversee active job sites and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates are detail\-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple trades in a fast\-paced NYC construction environment. **Responsibilities** * Maintain site safety compliance in accordance with NYC DOB codes and OSHA standards * Conduct daily safety inspections and log reports * Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and DOB inspectors * Prepare and submit safety documentation (daily logs, incident reports, toolbox talks) **Qualifications** * Active **NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator License** (Required) * Minimum 5 years of NYC construction safety experience * 40\-Hour Site Safety Manager training * 62 Hour SST * Strong communication and documentation skills **Compensation** * Competitive hourly rate: **$50–$65/hr** (based on experience) * Overtime, weeken...
