The Product Operations \& Logistics Manager keeps product moving from formula testing to the warehouse shelf. This person manages the day\-to\-day relationship with our 3PL partner, coordinates inbound and outbound freight, runs the scheduling and documentation behind formula testing, and maintains the master project timeline that Product Development and Operations work from. Acting as the connective tissue between both teams, this role frees senior team members to focus on formulation decisions, vendor strategy, and planning.
