The position serves as a key individual contributor and business partner, working with leaders and cross\-functional stakeholders on accurate and timely incentive calculations, financial and performance analysis, financial modeling, accounting reconciliations, and Sales support. A key focus is the continued introduction, adoption, and maintenance of Incentive Calculation Management (ICM) technology to improve quality, accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and compliance. This role combines strong financial and analytical capabilities, accounting knowledge, technology, problem solving, and business partnership.
