**Job Summary** **Pharmacist \- 7 ON/7 OFF Wed\-Tue** **Talented Medical Solutions** **Contract** **In\-Office \| Bullhead City, AZ, United States** **Position Description** **Western Arizona Regional Medical Center** **Shift is 7 on/7 off, Wednesday to Tuesday.** **Work hours: Weekdays 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Weekends 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.** **ONCALL** **hours \- every other weekend, covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.** **Required:** **ACLS \& BLS, AZ Pharmacist License** **AZ license, hospital experience \& IV certification** **EMR: MedHost** **No** **residency experience or board certification is required.** **No Option for 48 hour Guarantee** **No Option for Blocked Scheduling** **Holidays: Pharmacy will be open on CHS Recognized holidays.** **Number of Beds in Hospital: 139; usual census between 50 and 70** The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages, employees and designated areas of the hospital.
