**Job Description:** The SRM Pricing Promotions Manager supports the Strategic Demand team and the US and Canadian Sales teams in driving Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) initiatives towards profitable growth for Mars Food North America and for our customers. This associate leads the creation of market portfolio pricing and promotion strategy, development of annual pricing and promotion plans, and overall management of market pricing and promotion practices. The SRM Pricing Promotion Manager is a member of the broader North America Strategic Demand Leadership team. Reporting to the Strategic Revenue Management Lead, this associate will work closely with sales teams and marketing/finance partners to optimize Mars Food revenue and profitability. The primary scope of SRM is to drive increased trade investment productivity, net price realization and improved mix. This includes collaborating across the organization to optimize pack\-price architecture, program of pay for performance conditions, and overall Trade ROI.
