*Accounting Manager \- Association Management* Newman\-Dailey Resort Properties Inc is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Association Management Division! Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of accounting functions for association division * Train and supervise all on\-site personnel in accounting duties * Establish and maintain accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for association fiscal operations * Assist CPA with year\-end tax returns * Assist Director with yearly budget projections for each association * Reconcile bank accounts, prepare statements, and submit reports of financial operations to the board of directors * Manage accounts payable and receivable functions * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and bi\-annual assessment statements for homeowners * Monitor accuracy of cash receipts and expense coding * Attend weekly staff meetings * Perform other duties as assigned Inter\-Relationships: * Director, office staff, maintenance, and vendors * Homeowners, board of directors, financial institutions, and insurance companies Needed Attributes: * Accounting degree or equivalent work experience required * Proficient in Microsoft Application...
