Description

The Asset Management Analyst reports to the Director of Asset Management and will be responsible for assisting with various functions related to the management of a large portfolio of affordable housing assets. Key responsibilities include market and portfolio analysis, reporting, and transactional support. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ==================== * Create and maintain detailed financial models; ensure accuracy, to include all ad hoc and recurring analytical reports. * Assist in quarterly, monthly, and annual financial reviews, including tracking key metrics, trending and partnership/asset evaluations. * Provide support with funding applications, refinance, and resyndications.
