**General Manager** * **Department:** Management * **Job Status:** Full Time, Salary Exempt * **Pay Range:** $110,000 – $180,000 base salary \+ 20% bonus potential *(Relocation assistance available)* * **Reports To:** T3’s COO * **Positions Supervised:** All managers and staff at the branch location * **Work Schedule:** Full support for business operational hours **POSITION SUMMARY** Leads the branch level organization to deliver world\-class quality and customer service. Ensures mid level management is in place, trained, and competent in achieving desired results in the departments they manage. Management pipeline – ensures the training process is in place to develop new managers.
