**Position Summary** The Accounting Manager is a key member of the Finance team responsible for financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, manufacturing cost accounting, and business decision support. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position works alongside the Controller as a separate but collaborative finance leadership role and directly manages the Financial Analyst. While the Controller maintains primary responsibility for accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and the close process, the Accounting Manager focuses on forward\-looking analysis, cost and inventory management, forecasting, and translating financial and operational data into actionable business insights. **Responsibilities** * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including P\&L forecasts, cash flow projections, working capital analysis, and departmental budgets. * Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases to support strategic and operational decisions. * Manage and develop the Financial Analyst role, including establishing priorities and reviewing financial analysis and reporting. * Manage annual setting of model year pricing and standards to ens...
