All About You: The Site Supervisor directly supervises the on site team and commissioning team. The Site Supervisor takes direction from the Site Manager and performs onsite supervision and coordination with subcontractors, provides site inputs for quality reports, support to commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of battery energy storage systems. Required to have on site hands on field experience with an Electrical, Mechanical and troubleshooting background. Requirements: * Minimum Associate's Degree with an electrical or mechanical discipline * Minimum of three years on site electrical project supervision * Experience supervising multiple personnel during project execution of industrial projects in the power generation / energy field / EPC works * Experience managing a technical team * Battery knowledge a plus * Fluent in English and fluency in Spanish a plus Responsibilities: * Directly leads the day to day activities of the commissioning engineers, system engineers, HVAC controls engineers and Quality Managers.
