**Job Overview** As a Warehouse Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin and English), you’ll keep warehouse and supply chain operations moving by coordinating inventory, purchasing, shipping, and transportation. You’ll communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams in Mandarin and English, track orders and materials, and use operational data to identify issues and improve workflows. **Duties** * Coordinate warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, stocking, materials handling, and shipping and receiving. * Support inventory control, demand and production planning, purchasing, procurement, sourcing, pricing, and supplier and vendor management. * Arrange freight and transportation planning; coordinate with third\-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers, and maintain shipping logistics records. * Use warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, transportation management systems, and spreadsheets to collect and analyze data. * Your impact: Accurate inventory and shipment coordination helps internal teams plan reliably and helps customers receive orders as expected. **Skills** * Essential: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English; warehouse exper...
