**Pre\-Operative Phone Assessment Nurse – RN/LPN** ***Full\-Time \| Monday–Friday \| No Weekends, Holidays or On\-Call*** Berks Urologic Surgery Center (BUSC) is looking for a full\-time RN or LPN to join our team as a Pre\-Operative Phone Assessment Nurse. This is an important clinical role for a nurse who enjoys connecting with patients, has strong assessment and critical\-thinking skills, and appreciates the opportunity to make an impact before a patient ever arrives for surgery. Our Pre\-Operative Phone Assessment Nurse helps ensure patients are medically and practically prepared for their upcoming procedure. Through detailed telephone assessments, you will review medical history, medications, allergies, previous surgical and anesthesia experiences, testing, clearances, and other relevant clinical information—identifying potential concerns early and helping our team provide safe, efficient care on the day of surgery. **What You’ll Do** Complete pre\-operative telephone assessments with patients prior to scheduled procedures Review medical and surgical history, medications, allergies, relevant health conditions, and previous anesthesia experiences Review available laboratory res...
